Match Rules
* All matches must be played on the scheduled date and time.
* Each team has a 10-minute grace period before a forfeit is awarded.
* Match duration follows the official competition settings.
* If a player quits without a valid reason, the team may receive a forfeit loss.
Result Reporting
* Results must be reported within 10 minutes after the match.
* Both team managers must confirm the final score.
* Screenshots or stream proof may be required in case of disputes.
Streaming Rules
* Twitch, YouTube, Facebook, Kick, or any approved streaming platform may be required for selected matches.
* Stream links must be submitted before kickoff when requested by tournament officials.
* Tournament administrators may request live streaming for playoff or featured matches.
Forfeit Rules
* Teams arriving after the grace period may lose by forfeit.
* Using an ineligible player will result in an automatic forfeit.
* Repeated no-shows may lead to removal from the competition.
* Any attempt to manipulate match results or exploit game mechanics may result in immediate disqualification.
Tie Breakers
If two or more teams finish with the same number of points, rankings will be decided in the following order:
1. Points
2. Goal Difference
3. Goals Scored
4. Head-to-Head Result
5. Tournament Administration Decision
Transfer Window
Transfer windows will officially open after the completion of each competition phase.
* Transferring a player from one registered team to another requires a $10 transfer fee.
* Registering a new player who is not currently assigned to any team requires a $20 registration fee.
* Every transfer must receive approval from the tournament administration before the player becomes eligible.
* Using an unapproved player will result in an automatic forfeit.
Discipline Rules
* Any player who receives a Red Card will automatically miss the team's next official match.
* A team may choose to pay a $10 Discipline Clearance Fee to cancel the suspension and make the player immediately eligible.
* The tournament administration reserves the right to refuse the clearance if the red card was issued for serious misconduct, abusive behavior, or repeated offenses.
* Players accumulating repeated disciplinary offenses may receive additional suspensions or permanent removal from the competition.
Disputes
* All disputes must be submitted with valid proof (screenshots, videos, or stream recordings).
* Tournament administrators and officials have the final decision in every dispute.
* Toxic behavior, harassment, cheating, or offensive language may result in warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans from all ChampFlow competitions.
